The 10/40 Window Ministries is an inter-denominational, nonprofit Missions’ organization registered under the laws of Ghana, West Africa - with a heart for the millions unreached people groups living in the unreached zone 10/40 window in the West African sub region, many of whom have never heard the good news.
OUR STRATEGY
We are accomplishing this great work through constant prayers, inviting others to pray with us, regular Mission trips and Jesus video meetings, discipleship training, church planting, building of churches for the disciples.
· Equipping and empowering Pastors, Church Leaders, Kids Pastors and Christian Women through Conferences and Seminars.
· Reaching out and empowering the next generation parents and leaders, creation of Kids Clubs in communities and Schools evangelism.
· Supporting widows with basic needs and communities with water wells, Medical Missions and Partnership with local Pastors, Churches and Ministries
OUR CORE VALUES
Prayer – To connect with God and achieve great things for Him. We are praying daily for the vision and inviting others to join us.
Faith in God – We have started this journey with God by faith and we will continually trust and depend on Him and live by faith (Hebrews 11:1)
Commitment – We are committed to the Great Commission, which Jesus commissioned us to pursue.
Urgency – We are applying urgency in the spreading of the good-news so that those without Christ receive Christ before they die.
Patience – We shall not be lazy in our pursuit of this vision which the Lord has placed on our hearts but we will demonstrate patience in everything we do to achieve our goal. (Hebrew 6:12)

In our journey to achieve excellence, we shall make mistakes. Mistakes will help us to grow. Mistakes don’t signify an end; they represent the start of learning. With God on our side, we will strive for excellence in everything we do.
Humility – We will demonstrate humility in all that we do.
Integrity – To be honored and respected in any great work, we shall make integrity our number one priority.
Love – Our love for God and souls is never ending, we shall show love to everyone and in our discharging of our duties to the unreached people groups
Compassion – Jesus was moved with compassion because the people were without a shepherd. We are demonstrating this compassion for the unreached people groups
